We offer a one unit, fully furnished, studio-style space. With a queen size and full size bed it comfortably sleeps four. It is available for rental year-round for short and long term stays, as well as special occasions and events. View the rates page or contact us for further information.

Location

 

Within a couple of miles of Beaver Stadium,  you can't top the view and convenience to the surrounding event facilities, the University and  downtown State College.

Our Property

 

The unit is located in the lower level of our home. There is plenty of parking in the driveway with a walkway leading to your private entrance. Relax on the large patio  and watch the sun set over Beaver Stadium. From the front porch, watch the sun rise over Mt. Nittany.
